If we decide to work together you can expect to receive the
following results:

from uncovering and tapping into your natural talents, abilities
and strengths which hold the key to unlocking your career blueprint.

previously held you back, enabling you to develop the self
belief required to get the career that you really want. These
techniques will stand you in good stead now and in the future.

your work can be fulfilling, rewarding and satisfying, that
you can do something you feel good about and that makes a positive
contribution to the world you live in.
Control – you put yourself back in
the driving seat of you career, and get to redesign your life
the way you want it, from the inside out.
Answers – to the questions like ‘what
would be a fulfilling career for me?’ ‘what
do I need in order to feel balanced?’ and ‘how
do I make it happen?’
My Philosophy
Here are a few of the core principles that guide the way I
work with the clients in my practice:
You can have and do
what you want – Work
doesn’t have to be boring, draining or frustrating. Instead
it can be fulfilling, rewarding and satisfying. You can
do something you feel makes a positive contribution, and build
in all the other things that are important to you so that you
have a life outside work too.
Alignment leads to fulfilment – it’s
not so much about what you do (or your salary and
what car you drive) but more about who you get to be when
you are at work that indicates how satisfying your work will
be for you. By aligning who you are with what
you do will you have the key to career fulfilment.
Focus on your sphere of influence – in
other words recognise what you can influence, and what most
definitely is out of your control. By focusing on your
sphere of influence, the things you can change, you will be
able to see real, measurable results very quickly.
You create your own reality – your
thoughts, feelings and actions shape your experience of the
world. It’s a case of it’s not what happens
to you but how you respond to it that’s really important. By
adopting positive beliefs you can change the way you experience
your world for the better, for good.
Whatever your situation you always have
choices – however
bleak your current career situation seems, however trapped
you feel, you always have options and lots of them. There
is always some way of bettering you situation immediately,
and hundreds of ways of getting where you want to be.
You
can start doing what you want right now – you
may not be able to change the direction of your career overnight,
but you can start building in the thought patterns and the
actions that will get you there straight away. You can
also make small changes to what you eat, wear, read and do
for fun that mean you get more of the things you love immediately.
My Approach
Here are a few points that outline the way I approach working
with the clients in my practice:
Flexible – although most of
my clients work with me for similar reasons, I recognise that
your circumstances and individual requirements are unique. For
that reason the nature of the coaching programme we follow will
be tailor made to meet your requirements, and always reflects
your agenda.
Focused – I am focused on and committed
to your success. As your coach I always have your best
interests at heart. I guarantee your confidentiality,
and I take my role seriously. As long as you play your
part, I will go the extra mile to ensure that you achieve your
goals.
Fun – whilst changing career
and finding a new way of living can be challenging, I believe
that it should also be fun. I try to bring some energy
and humour to the process to make it not only enlightening, but
also fun.
My Uniqueness
There are lots of career coaches
out there, so why choose me?
I have walked the path before you – in
terms of career change, I have been there and done it. I
have experienced the highs of sales success, project completion,
and target achievement coupled with the lows of long hours,
bureaucracy, fear management, work overload and stress. I
have racked my brains to think what else I could do, met with
hundreds of recruitment consultants and taken the advice of
parents and friends in my previous attempts to find the solution
to the career fulfilment puzzle.
I know what you are going through,
and I also know from experience that it doesn’t have to be
that way and that there is a way out. Having found the
keys to unlock the door to career fulfilment, I want to share
what I have learned with others.
I combine my experience with several specialist
career tools including The Firework Career Coaching programme,
a technique called ‘Printing’ which reveals the
DNA of your personality, and numerous coaching exercises
I have worked through and used in my own life and with my
clients.
